Job summary

Aave Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Business Development team in New York. You will translate commercial opportunities into scalable technical solutions, working with Product, Engineering, and Business Development to develop reference architectures and integration materials for Aave's earn and borrow products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development.
• Strong fluency in Solidity, TypeScript, and Rust (hands-on coding a plus).
• Ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development and Product to architect and present tailored integration solutions.
• Develop and package solution materials around Aave's earn and borrow products to show how it fits into partners' stacks.
• Provide technical assets, documentation, and prototypes to enable partner adoption.
• Design and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns.
• Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations for best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges and ensure smooth launches.
• Liaise with Engineering and Product to surface partner needs and influence roadmaps.
• Maintain alignment across timelines and dependencies for multiple integrations.
