Job summary

Plexus is partnering with a confidential digital asset firm to build institutional DeFi infrastructure. The Operations Associate role is remote (EU) with a base salary up to $100k and discretionary bonus via Deel.

You will support DeFi fund deployment, manage wallets and transactions, conduct on-chain analysis, and help deliver bespoke crypto solutions. US-based candidates are welcome to apply; requires 1–3 years of DeFi ops experience and proficiency with wallet tech.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in DeFi ops, crypto analysis, or protocol support.
• Experience with Fireblocks, wallets, or blockchain analytics.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi primitives and protocols.
• Based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Support DeFi fund deployment and treasury operations.
• Manage wallets and transactions (Fireblocks, etc.).
• Conduct on-chain and protocol-level analysis.
• Assist in delivering bespoke structured crypto solutions.
