Job summary

The Monad Foundation in New York is seeking a DeFi Growth Lead to lead strategy and growth of Monad's DeFi ecosystem. In this role, you will build tailored growth plans with DeFi protocols and connect tokenized asset issuers with the DeFi infrastructure on Monad.

You will identify cross-protocol opportunities to add value and work with institutional investors to bring capital onchain. The ideal candidate has experience in DeFi collaborations, RWA protocols, and a track record of growing TVL and user activity.

Qualifications

• Track record of DeFi collaborations and ecosystem growth working with a Layer 1 or Layer 2.
• Experience with RWA protocols and tokenization platforms.
• Expertise in lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives.
• Institutional relationships with asset managers and family offices.
• High autonomy and accountability to metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own protocol growth end-to-end with tailored growth plans.
• Build the RWA x DeFi flywheel by managing relationships with tokenized asset issuers.
• Identify cross-protocol opportunities to create compounding value.
• Work with institutional LPs to identify deployment opportunities into RWA-backed DeFi.
