Job summary

Monad Foundation seeks a growth-focused strategist to drive DeFi ecosystem expansion and protocol adoption. You will own growth end-to-end, source and manage RWAs, and connect issuers with Monad's lending and yield infrastructure to create sustained, on-chain value.

You will work across institutional relationships and traditional finance-inspired collaborations to deploy capital into DeFi-native products, shaping the future of real-world assets in crypto.

Qualifications

• Track record of DeFi collaborations and/or ecosystem growth with a Layer 1, Layer 2, or major protocol affiliated org.
• Experience with RWA protocols and/or tokenization platforms.
• Expertise in lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives.
• Institutional relationships and ability to engage asset managers, family offices, or similar.
• High autonomy and accountability for protocol success.

Responsibilities

• Own protocol growth end-to-end; build tailored growth plans with DeFi protocols and track TVL/volume against targets.
• Build the RWA x DeFi flywheel by connecting tokenized asset issuers with Monad's lending and yield infrastructure.
• Identify cross-protocol opportunities to create compounding value across ecosystems.
• Engage institutional LPs, asset managers, and capital allocators to deploy into RWA-backed DeFi products on Monad.
