Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company, seeks a Program Analyst (Defense Travel System) to support the Army's mission in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on DTS administration, travel authorizations, vouchers, and coordination with officials to ensure timely, accurate travel actions.

Requires active DoD SECRET clearance, 3–10 years of related experience, and a Bachelor's degree. On-site five days a week; telework by exception based on mission needs.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with DTS, DoD travel, administrative support or related functions.
• Familiarity with government travel processes and applicable travel policies.
• Ability to work in the Huntsville, Alabama area in person five days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide Defense Travel System (DTS) administration and related organizational support.
• Support travel authorizations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, reviews, corrections, and other travel actions for IFD personnel.
• Coordinate with travelers, AOs, ROs, COs, government travel card personnel, finance organizations, and other stakeholders to resolve travel issues and ensure actions are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide guidance on travel procedures, track outstanding actions, assist personnel with DTS requirements, and identify opportunities to improve travel processes and reduce delays.
