Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an experienced Training/Documentation Manager to support operations and growth, with emphasis on defense and government agencies.

The role focuses on developing markdown training content, web modules, and instructor-led materials to ensure successful capability rollout and programmatic satisfaction. The position is a mid-senior level role with hybrid work in Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 10 years experience with government training, documentation, and agile development efforts.
• Experience with defense or government agencies (e.g., Joint Cyber Commands, Defense Agencies).
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training curricula and materials.
• Experience leading training and technical writing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen relationships with government customers.
• Function as a functional manager with Enlighten leadership.
• Champion our technology and capabilities to clients.
• Design content to optimize learning using multiple media.
• Develop and deliver advanced training in cyber hunt and related topics.
