Job summary

Enlighten seeks an experienced Training/Documentation Manager to support operations and growth strategy, with emphasis on defense and government agencies. You will develop markdown training content, web modules, and documentation to ensure successful capability rollout and contractual deliverables.

Leverage your experience in cyber hunt, log analysis, intrusion investigation, and platform usage to design effective curricula and deliver hands-on instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering government training curricula and docs.
• Proven ability to lead training and technical writing teams.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multi-stakeholder offerings and budgets.
• Clearance path and government familiarity are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Establish, foster and strengthen relationships with government customers.
• Manage a functional team and coordinate with Enlighten leadership to address client issues.
• Champion our technology capabilities in client conversations.
• Design content to optimize learning using visuals, audio, and interactive tools.
• Deliver advanced training courses and curricula with lectures and hands-on labs.
• Create videos, articles, and one-pagers aligned with brand style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing to support plans and roadmap execution.
• Contribute to new proposals and expand opportunities with existing clients.
• Document opportunities and maintain pipeline in company tools.
