Job summary

Air seeks an Account Executive to join our Sales team, driving revenue by engaging with customers and positioning Air’s flagship Air Enterprise Readiness platform. You will evangelize Air’s technology, build trusted advisor relationships, and translate client needs into actionable sales propositions, reporting to a Sales Leader.

This role requires sitting in our Arlington, VA office with up to 25% travel, collaborating with Marketing, Capture, and Delivery teams, and leveraging a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and clearable for a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top accredited institution.
• Experience or domain knowledge in one or more Armed Forces branches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities within a defined territory with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop familiarity with Air offerings to address national security challenges.
• Understand Defense Acquisition processes and identify key questions in the sales cycle.
• Move opportunities through the sales cycle with pre/post-sales support.
• Exceed key performance metrics and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Capture, and Delivery teams to meet targets.
