Job summary

Air is seeking an Account Executive to join the growing Sales team in Arlington, VA. The AE will engage with customers to position our Air Enterprise Readiness platform, expand the sales pipeline, and drive revenue while aligning with government priorities.

This role requires domain knowledge of the Armed Forces, the ability to translate client needs into actionable proposals, and comfort working across Marketing, Capture, and Delivery teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Possesses a security clearance or is clearable
• Bachelor's degree from a Top Accredited Institution

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities across a defined territory, working with Sales, Capture, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify targets and goals
• Develop a deep familiarity with Air offerings and how they can solve national security challenges
• Gain a deep understanding of Defense Acquisition processes and problems; ensure the right questions are asked and answered throughout the sales process
• Shepherd new business opportunities through the sales cycle, leveraging support from pre and post-sales teams for expertise and collaboration
• Exceed key performance metrics
• Utilize our CRM (Salesforce) to manage prospecting, opportunity management, forecasting, client communications, contacts, activities, and tasks
