Job summary

Air is seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales team in Arlington, VA. You will engage with government customers, position Air's flagship Air Enterprise Readiness platform, and help expand the pipeline while driving revenue.

Ideal candidates bring domain knowledge of the U.S. Armed Forces, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships. This full-time role requires up to 25% travel and is based in our Arlington office.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Security clearance or is clearable.
• Bachelor's degree from a Top Accredited Institution

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities across a defined territory, collaborating with Sales, Capture, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
• Develop a deep familiarity with Air offerings and how they address national security challenges.
• Understand Defense Acquisition processes and ensure the right questions are asked in the sales cycle.
• shepherd new business opportunities through the sales cycle with support from pre/post-sales teams.
• Exceed key performance metrics.
• Use Salesforce to manage prospecting, opportunity management and client communications.
