Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) seeks a Computer Scientist / Software Developer in Auburn, AL or Aberdeen, MD. Join a team expanding capabilities for the US Armed Forces through multidisciplinary problem-solving and system integration.

The role focuses on Command and Control systems development, integration, testing, and deployment, with opportunities to travel for demonstrations and engagement with warfighters and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• Willingness to pursue related degree for part-time applicants.
• Ability to understand complex systems and interconnections.

Responsibilities

• Plan and architect user-facing functions and automations within a team setting.
• Develop back-end processing using relational databases and data associations.
• Incorporate secure software design practices and monitor for CVEs.
• Engage warfighters and SMEs to collect feedback and refine requirements.
• Travel to support integration, demonstrations, and user engagements.
• Own tasks and contribute to the bigger system of systems.
