Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) is seeking a mid to senior level Engineer/Developer for Auburn, AL or Aberdeen, MD to advance Command and Control, Fires, and EW capabilities for the DoD. You will work on real-time, multi-system integration within a DevSecOps framework and interface with government sites and customers.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience across signal processing, Unix, networking, and a track record of independent problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Mission Command or C2 systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Docker for deployment.
• Proficiency with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Unix/Linux environment skills and scripting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• US Citizenship is required and DoD clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of architectures for advanced processors in military systems.
• Implement data flows across multiple interacting processes.
• Develop web-based plugins for Command and Control components.
• Create analysis, visualization tools for engineers and customers.
• Perform software and hardware in the loop testing at sites.
• Engage with customers through meetings and briefings.
