TRISTAR INC is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support NSWC Crane in Indiana. You will contribute to the full lifecycle of electrical systems from concept through testing, deployment, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and project integrations within site processes.
• Experience tracking requirements, milestones, and program documentation.
• DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.
• Ensure quality products and services delivered to the customer.
• Define electrical system implementation approach and develop models and guidelines.
• Provide technical inputs for system architecture by other staff.
• Support electrical system analyses across concept, design, test, installation, operation, and disposal.
• Attend project meetings as assigned.
• Coordinate projects and document control, including review of technical documents.
• Monitor project team and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
