Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability.
• Experience supporting system architecture, interface analysis, verification, and validation.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience producing specifications, Interface Control Documents, and test documentation.
• Strong analytical, technical-writing, briefing and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple engineering, logistics, cyber, configuration-management and program-management teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational needs and develop and maintain system requirements and traceability.
• Support architectures, baselines, design alternatives, and trade studies.
• Develop and review Interface Control Documents and manage interfaces.
• Assist lab and field integration and resolve interface and performance issues.
• Define verification methods and support test plans and reports.
• Participate in SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and readiness reviews.
• Identify risks and support corrective-action efforts.
• Review engineering changes for impacts to requirements and interfaces.
• Prepare technical documents and decision papers.
