RTX's Collins Aerospace unit is seeking an Intern Systems Engineer at Schriever AFB, onsite, to join a cross-functional agile team developing and tracing requirements for military communications systems using MBSE tools.

The role requires active pursuit of a STEM degree, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance. Relocation assistance is available, and salaries range from 37,000 USD to 82,000 USD depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires active pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).

Responsibilities

• Perform in a cross-functional agile team.
• Work in close coordination with a mentor using Collins Aerospace engineering processes.
• Creation, decomposition, and tracing requirements for communications systems on military platforms, both air and ground applications.
• Work with a model-based systems engineering application to create logical and physical design diagrams.
• Perform integration and testing for these communications solutions.
