Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fifteen or more years of industry experience in defense, automotive, or robotics.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong technical leadership experience leading a software development team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a software team in the design, development, implementation, and testing of software solutions for defense projects.
- Architect and guide software solutions across defense project teams; act as the Technical Software Lead.
- Lead development and mentoring of technical staff, including training needs and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
