Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking a Software Engineer/Analyst to support the Huntsville, AL site. The role involves managing software projects for the STORM PO SW Division, supporting missile tactical software development, testing, deployment, and documentation reviews.

You will engage in agile events, risk assessments, cost/schedule/performance tracking, and interface with budget and contract deliverables. A DoD Secret clearance is required in this role.

Qualifications

• BS degree Computer Science or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in software development and systems processes.
• Knowledge of software development process and systems process.
• Experience with Agile software development processes.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support software project management across STORM division.
• Involve in testing and V&V activities and documentation reviews.
• Participate in agile events and backlog grooming.
• Prepare project presentations and status updates.
• Ensure cost, schedule, and performance tracking of projects.
