Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Software Engineer / Analyst to support the PEO M&S STORM SW Division. You will contribute to missile tactical software development, perform testing, review documentation, and support agile ceremonies.

This role requires 5–8 years in software development, knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices, and experience with Azure DevOps and DevSecOps. Travel up to 10% and a US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of software development process and systems process.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Understanding of SDLC lifecycle and Agile practices.
• Ability to brief project status and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support missile tactical software development and testing.
• Review software documentation and conduct code reviews.
• Support agile events (sprint reviews, backlog grooming, demos).
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance; track project metrics.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and ensure DoD security practices.
