Job summary
OASYS, INC., a Huntsville-based technology services and products company, seeks a Scrum Master to support our US Army customer. You will lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to deliver critical defense projects on time and with quality.
Candidates should have 5+ years as a Scrum Master, deep knowledge of agile principles, experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, and eligibility for an Active Secret clearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Experience with Scrum ceremonies and sprint events.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Eligibility to obtain Active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies.
- Identify and remove impediments to enable team progress.
- Promote agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize backlog.
- Track and report agile metrics to drive improvements.
- Coach team members to enhance agile skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
