Job summary

The Intellekt Group is seeking a Defense Red Switch Network Operations & Maintenance Technician to support the 55 SCS/STRACOM DRSN at Offutt AFB, NE. The role operates and maintains DRSN switches, phones, and related infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability in a high-security environment.

Required are a TS/SCI clearance, associate degree in IT, and strong IT/IP telephony experience with ability to work rotating shifts and travel CONUS if needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Information Technology and/or Internet Protocol Telephony skilsets.
• Maintain, monitor and modify DRSN and sub-systems for continuous operation per DoD and Air Force Instructions.
• Provide on-site support for maintenance, monitoring, switch operation and administration.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Database management including subscriber add/moves/deletes, backups, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to end-user services and network expansions.
• Assist in security controls and RMF/A&A processes for the DRSN system.
• Manage hardware/software per DISA and Raytheon manuals.
• Support DRSN IA personnel on RMF/A&A matters.
• Coordinate with internal and client project teams as needed.
