VISTA Technology Services, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Real Property / Real Estate Specialist to provide onsite facility and real property management support to AMC and installations. This 100% onsite role requires real estate knowledge and DoD regulatory experience.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, auditing records, developing tools and controls, conducting land description audits, and training staff on data entry and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting Army Real Property offices.
• Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, DoD real estate regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams) in a business office environment.
• Able to travel 1 week/month
• Able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

• Provide subject matter expertise within AMC on real property inventory, inspection, recording, auditing and capital improvements to real property in accordance with appropriate Army regulations.
• Recommend command-level improvements to real property inventory policy and management and assist with the implementation of approved solutions.
• Develop command-level management tools and internal controls to monitor and improve the accuracy of the real property inventory.
• Perform command-level audits of real estate transactions, technical planning documents, and legal land descriptions to ensure data integrity and regulatory conformance.
• Conduct in-person and virtual staff assistance visits to AMC installations to provide training and assistance with GFEBS data entry and reconciliations.
• Develop requirements and assist with the creation of real property business intelligence reporting solutions.
