Job summary

Intrepid is seeking a Program Analyst (Property Management) to join our Army-focused portfolio in Huntsville, AL. You will manage government property, track equipment, and support logistics and accountability across IFD, working closely with government and contractor personnel.

The role requires an active DoD SECRET clearance, 3–10 years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Telework is limited; in-person support five days a week is expected in Huntsville.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• 3–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in property management, logistics, equipment accountability, or related DoD activities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and track property actions.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple organizations to resolve property issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.
• In-person work in Huntsville, AL five days per week; telework by exception.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management, equipment accountability, logistics, and organizational support across IFD.
• Manage and track government property from acquisition through transfer, inventory, recovery, disposition, and closeout.
• Coordinate property accountability actions across government and contractor personnel.
• Support organizational moves, equipment transfers, inventories, and reconciliation of property records.
• Support IT equipment, classified equipment, and other government property assigned to IFD personnel.
• Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate accountability and ensure property actions meet Army/DoD requirements.
