Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions seeks a seasoned program manager to lead radar sustainment and modernization efforts for a government customer. You will plan, execute, and deliver refurbishment, testing, and integration activities across design, systems engineering, and sustainment planning.

The role requires 15+ years in defense programs and 3+ years in leadership, with a focus on cost, schedule, and risk management. Active DoD experience and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in defense programs.
• Minimum of 3 years in program or technical leadership roles.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of radar-related projects, managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across domains.
• Develop IMS, WBS, and baselines aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate with government sponsors and industry partners; manage relationships and reporting.
