Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Management Specialist to provide direct support to a Government Program Office located at Peterson Space Force Base. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Government leadership, cross-functional directorates, and contractor teams, ensuring effective execution of mission priorities and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management, program management, or related administrative experience.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Government leadership, PMOs, General Officers, and executives.
• Initiate cross-directorate communication and align priorities, resources and deliverables.
• Assist leadership to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and assign projects.
• Track progress, milestones, deliverables, and action items for senior leader awareness.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and decision support docs.
