Torch Technologies is seeking an IT Specialist to support the 96 TW at Eglin AFB, FL. The role includes configuring and maintaining cloud and on-premises systems, and providing advanced technical support across a multi-platform environment.

Applicants should have a BS in an applicable field and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance. Onsite schedule is M-F 8-5 with travel 0-10% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Level 1: BS degree; higher levels require more experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud and on-premises technologies including Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Create, configure, and maintain virtual and physical machines in a multi-platform environment.
• Provide advanced technical support and respond to escalated service requests.
• Troubleshoot and remediate hardware, software, and system issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure issues are resolved through established processes.
