Job summary

FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) seeks a Program Integrator to support the DCMA Blue UAS program at the San Diego facility. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects with government and contractor stakeholders, and developing implementation plans and strategies.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of defense PM experience, fluent English, active clearance enrolled in CE, and U.S. citizenship. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm PT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience on defense programs.
• Fluent English (read/write/speak).
• Active clearance and enrolled in CE.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DCMA stakeholders to support execution of projects.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, and strategies for program improvement.
• Plan, monitor, and report on projects to align with priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration among government, contractor, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Identify risks and propose solutions for improvements.
• Prepare status reports, briefs, agendas, and minutes.
• Support government meetings by coordinating logistics and follow-up actions.
