Job summary

Red 6 Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Program Planner in Louisville, CO to support planning, scheduling, and execution of advanced defense programs.

You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and assist EVMS activities to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met. The role collaborates with PMO, engineers, and functional leads to drive program performance, participate in IPMDAR deliverables, and ensure alignment with MIL-STD-881 and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business, PM, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years in program planning, scheduling, or management.
• Experience with scheduling software and IMS concepts.
• Understanding EVMS and IMS; ability to translate technical data into schedules.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for engineering development and production.
• Coordinate schedule updates across multiple organizations (engineering, systems, software, testing, manufacturing, PMO).
• Ensure schedule logic, milestones, dependencies, and progress reflect execution.
• Support EVMS processes and EVMS data for performance measurement.
• Assist in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) per MIL-STD-881.
• Support schedule integration with control accounts and baselines.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and critical path analysis.
• Prepare schedule metrics and IPMDAR deliverables.
• Maintain schedule configuration control and baseline change management.
• Adhere to DoD program management standards.
