Job summary

ASRC Federal Broadleaf is seeking a Project Manager to lead efforts on Langley AFB, VA. You will coordinate with ACC stakeholders, ensure FAR compliance, and oversee deliverables, meetings, and project artifacts. The PM will manage schedules, risks, and staffing, driving on-time execution and contract adherence.

We value strong communication, leadership, and collaboration with government counterparts. Core hours are typical business times with potential flexible arrangements for program needs.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• PMP certification (required at hire or within 90 days).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ACC Headquarters.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting complex Government programs.
• Strong understanding of FAR requirements, especially non-personal services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate with Government stakeholders, and maintain contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GSA Project Manager, CO, and COR; report issues promptly.
• Provide strategic leadership across all project activities.
• Plan, organize, and direct project workflows with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration.
• Coordinate activities with government counterparts to align schedules and cycles.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans including risk registers.
• Monitor performance via metrics and reviews, implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate effective communication among team, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Lead recurring project meetings and ensure actionable outcomes.
• Drive issue resolution and escalate to maintain momentum.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
• Align staffing and resources with project needs and expectations.
