Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Principal-level Program Manager for the B-2 Aircraft Installation (WBZ) to lead modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 aircraft at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will oversee acquisition activities, coordinate with IPTs, and ensure timely milestone reviews, leveraging DoD guidelines and DoD lifecycle cost analyses. Remote collaboration and cross-base coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret (or higher) clearance required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field; DoD experience preferred.
• 20+ years of DoD or related experience for senior roles; specific DoD acquisition background useful.
• Bachelor's in a related field with 25+ years of DoD experience acceptable.
• Extensive knowledge of B-2 weapon system maintenance, test processes, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization, testing, production, fielding and sustainment of B-2 aircraft.
• Coordinate acquisition efforts across geographically separated teams and assist in milestone reviews.
• Develop and review acquisition documentation (MOAs/MOUs, SOWs, RFPs, CPDs).
• Provide risk management, project management, and logistics support for Bomber programs.
