Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 2 for D5 Modernization at the Bacchus (Magna), Utah site. You will direct all program phases, manage cross-functional teams, and drive proposals, budgets, and contracts. A Secret clearance is required and travel up to 10% is expected.

The role emphasizes oversight of cost, schedule and technical performance while interfacing with customers and suppliers. On-site work at the Magna facility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Eight years of relevant experience; five years supporting US Government contracts or programs.
• At least three years in a Program/Project Manager role, IPT Lead, CAM or Team Lead.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all program phases from inception through completion, owning cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Facilitate key program reviews and participate in contract negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, business plans, SOWs, operating budgets and financial terms.
• Coordinate planning activities and ensure master schedule adherence.
• Interface with customers and cultivate partnerships with engineering, operations and suppliers.
