Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow delivery teams focused on IC clients within the Defense and Security Segment. The role requires on‑site leadership of programs delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness to our clients.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly, a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in program management and financial disciplines, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years' experience as a Program Manager.
• 7+ years' experience in a financial management discipline.
• Experience leading teams in business or finance within the federal government.
• Active PMP or equivalent PM certification.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program Manager
• SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management discipline
• Prior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within he federal government
• Active PMP, or equivalent PM certification

What Would Be Nice To Have

• TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governance
• Experience and success with business growth

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
