Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Lead, Program Management to drive the execution of USAF Big Safari -135 contracts from inception through completion. You will coordinate proposals, schedules, budgets, and customer reviews while guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, extensive PM experience, and the ability to interface with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure program success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years related experience required.
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 15 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Lead proposals, business plans, and contract terms discussions.
• Primary customer contact for program activities and reviews with cost, schedule and performance.
• Direct work across technical, production and administrative areas to meet contract commitments.
• Ensure successful completion of programs and compliance with company policies.
