Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience on defense programs.
• Fluent English (read/write/speak).
• Active clearance and enrolled in CE.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DCMA Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, and Contractor Program Manager.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, and project strategies.
• Plan, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas.
• Facilitate collaboration among government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, issues, and process-improvement opportunities; propose solutions.
• Prepare status reports, briefing materials, agendas, and minutes.
• Support government-led meetings by coordinating logistics and capturing decisions.
