Vervic Inc. in the United States seeks a motivated PM ASE Business Division Program and Planning Analyst to support cost estimating and program planning within the ASE program.

This entry-level role involves preparing budgets, developing briefings, managing data, and coordinating with government program managers to shape funding and contract actions.

Candidates should have a quantitative degree, be able to obtain a Secret clearance, and demonstrate strong Excel and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as math/engineering/economics/statistics/OR.
• Must qualify for a Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Program Budgeting & Justification: Prepare, develop, and coordinate Army Program Budget Briefings (APBB).
• Briefing Development: Develop P-Forms, R-Forms, and POM briefings.
• Information Management: Gather cross-functional responses to RFIs.
• Presentations: Develop comprehensive presentations and communicate program data to leadership.
• Cost Estimation (FMS): Develop IGCEs for FMS and detailed estimates for contracts.
• Database Management: Maintain a credible cost database.
• Documentation: Integrate information for CARDs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with Government Program Manager to support tasks.
