Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Math, or related field.
• Experience in a Finance classification / position with levels (2–5+, 5–10+, 10+ years).
• Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval.
• Master's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Math, or related field.
• Active DoD security clearance preferred.
• P&L management experience.
• Cost pool management experience.
• Experience with Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in EVMS reporting, Deltek Cobra/PM Compass.
• Understanding of SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts.
• Reconciles data discrepancies and corrects errors in cost charging for complex budgets/pools.
• Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure contracts meet government guidelines.
• Prepares budgets and schedules and conducts financial analyses like funding profiles and variance analysis.
• Prepares program plans to ensure requirements and SOW are captured and scheduled.
• Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensures adequate funding by maintaining expenditure records and submitting funding requests.
• Incorporates contractual changes into control systems to maintain baselines.
• Compiles data from multiple teams and develops required reports.
