Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Math, or related field.
• Experience in a Finance classification/position with 2-5+ years (Level 2) or 5-10+ years (Level 3) or 10+ years (Level 4).
• Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Candidate must secure Program access approval.

Responsibilities

• Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
• Reconciles data discrepancies and corrects errors in cost charging for complex budgets/pools.
• Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure contracts meet parameters and guidelines.
• Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and conducts funding analyses.
• Prepares program plans to capture requirements and schedules.
• Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate cost/schedule risks.
• Ensures funding availability by maintaining expenditure records and requesting funding.
• Incorporates contractual changes into control systems and maintains baselines.
• Compiles data and develops reports for regulatory or contractual reporting.
