Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a Management Analyst (ANM3) in Crane, IN to provide analytical, program management, and acquisition support for Government defense programs. The role involves evaluating budgets, schedules, requirements, and program performance, and develops reports and management tools for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, economics, or related technical/business discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in program analysis, management analysis, acquisition support, operations analysis, or related Government/defense support.
• Experience analyzing requirements, budgets, schedules, funding, and project status.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting technical, financial, or acquisition data.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and status products for management or Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, program status, budgets, funding execution, and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, and business-case analyses supporting acquisition and product programs.
• Collect, organize, validate, and interpret data.
• Track program status, milestones, schedules, action items, and deliverables.
