Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Project Management Analyst to support Army, Air Force, Navy, and other DoD contract managers at Crane, Indiana. The role focuses on overseeing operations, budgeting, schedules, and reporting, coordinating with GOV leads and customers.

Candidates will have experience with IBM Cognos, CostPoint, Hyland OnBase, and strong communication skills. Compensation ranges by level, with onsite requirements and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility in project management.
• Experience with DoD programs and government contracting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between project management and planning, team, and line management.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and for problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
