Job summary

TRISTAR in Crane, IN seeks a Management Analyst (ANM3) to provide analytical, program management, and acquisition support for Government defense programs. The role analyzes budgets, schedules, requirements, and program performance while developing reports and management tools to enable informed decision-making and mission success.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in business/engineering or related field, has 3+ years in program/management analysis, and can produce reports for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, economics, engineering, or related technical/business discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in program analysis, management analysis, acquisition support, operations analysis, or related Government/defense support.
• Experience analyzing requirements, budgets, schedules, funding, and project status.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting technical, financial, or acquisition data.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and status products for management or Government stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of documentation control, data management, and change-management processes.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets, schedules, requirements, and program performance to develop reports and management tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and leadership briefing materials.
• Coordinate with Government and contractor personnel to ensure program information remains current and accurate.
• Maintain accurate reporting of program health, execution status, schedule impacts, and budget issues.
• Support meetings, agendas, briefings, program reviews, and action tracking.
