Job summary

Rhombus Power, Inc. seeks an early-career Product Manager with a passion for national security to bridge defense requirements with technical delivery.

You will work directly with defense customers, translate mission needs into concrete product requirements, and drive end-to-end execution from concept to deployment. You will sit at the intersection of defense program execution, software, and data, engaging with Air Force stakeholders, engineers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance REQUIRED.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Approximately 2–5 years of defense/national security or related technical experience.
• Ability to read and write Python.
• Experience with software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand mission needs with defense customers and translate into executable solutions.
• Work across product, engineering, data, deployment, and customer-facing teams.
• Drive execution to unblock blockers and deliver capabilities.
• Develop understanding of Air Force resourcing, PPBE, and acquisition processes.
• Turn customer and operational requirements into product requirements and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineers through the software development lifecycle.
• Go to the field to stay close to users and capture feedback for improvements.
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with government and defense leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation, processes, and product operations.
• Scale Rhombus capabilities while maintaining technical rigor and mission impact.
