Job summary

Rhombus Power, Inc. is seeking an early-career Product Manager to operate at the intersection of defense mission requirements, Air Force resourcing, and software deployment.

You will sit with customers, translate needs into technical and operational solutions, and drive them from concept to deployment with ownership across teams. You will learn quickly, take ownership early, and build a career at the interface of technology and national security.

Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• 2–5 years in defense, national security, government tech, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Air Force resourcing and PPBE.
• Ability to read and write Python; comfortable with data and scripting.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with defense customers to understand mission needs and resourcing.
• Translate mission problems into executable product solutions across teams.
• Drive execution and own blockers to deliver customer value.
• Develop understanding of Air Force resourcing, PPBE, budgeting, and acquisition.
• Convert customer/operational requirements into product requirements and plans.
• Use Python and data to analyze problems and support deployments.
• Work with engineers through the full software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Visit field environments to observe usage and gather feedback and drive improvements.
