Job summary

Rhombus Power, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to orchestrate deployment of Rhombus solutions across products and services for client missions. You will collaborate with technical, client-facing, and executive teams to drive delivery, improve user experience, and rapidly address client feedback.

The role emphasizes engagement with DoD security considerations, cross-functional coordination, and scaling operations to meet client needs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving technology company (startup experience is highly desired), defense contracting, or operational military experience is required.
  • Experience with enterprise or government software development, delivery, and/or support is desired.

  • Identify and action opportunities to improve documentation, process, and program execution across client sites and functions.
  • Accelerate and scale operational solutions that help us.

  • Build our product operations practice at Rhombus in partnership with executives and teammates across every function and level.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you’ll help orchestrate the deployment of Rhombus solutions across products, services, and other areas in support of client missions. Through deep cross-functional collaboration with our technical, client-facing, and executive teams, Product Managers drive delivery to the field and do whatever’s needed to get solutions into clients' hands. We are obsessed about engagement and keeping our finger on the pulse of how clients interact with our products. This helps us improve the user experience and evolve their operational tactics and techniques. We rapidly action client feedback and work with technical and client-facing teams to quickly address potential issues.

This role requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence. Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI) is highly preferred.

Salary Range
  • The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000/year to $170,000/year.
