Job summary

Rhombus Power, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Product Manager to orchestrate the deployment of Rhombus solutions across products, services, and client missions.

You will drive delivery through close collaboration with technical, client-facing, and executive teams to bring solutions into the hands of our clients. The role requires engaging with senior executives, writing product requirements, and thriving in ambiguity while ensuring high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., software development, national security, etc.) or work experience is preferred.
• At minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving technology company (start-up experience is highly desired), defense contracting, or operational military experience is required.
• Experience with enterprise or government software development, delivery, and/or support is desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive or facilitate cross-functional communication, collaboration, and execution to deliver our solutions to clients.
• Identify and action opportunities to improve documentation, process, and program execution across client sites and functions.
• Accelerate and scale operational solutions that help us.
• Deliver value to our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Anticipate cross-functional operational challenges and proactively solve independently.
• Build our product operations practice at Rhombus in partnership with executives and teammates across every function and level.
