Qualifications

• Deep understanding of FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 31, CAS and TINA requirements.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and familiarity with pricing software (ProPricer).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost proposals, pricing models, and narratives for proposals.
• Review complex pricing models for formula integrity and rate compliance.
• Assess Cost/Price narratives and BOEs for logical, data-driven rationale.
• Support development and enforcement of pricing policies.
• Assist management with training, reviews, and policy compliance.
