Job summary

TAPE LCC is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day administrative and mission support to DCSA regional leadership. This on-site role requires handling records, travel logistics, and HR data, with a focus on accuracy and security.

The ideal candidate will manage executive calendars, oversee records, and assist with travel systems while coordinating with senior staff. A SECRET clearance is required to perform duties in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years related experience.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office to build data tracking tools and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive calendars and manage conference rooms.
• Maintain digital and hard-copy files per policy, including handling of classified information.
• Draft, format, and proofread official letters, memos, and reports.
• Assist travel orders, vouchers, GOV logs, and data entry.
• Support onboarding, recruitment milestones, resumes, and training records.
