Job summary

Qualis LLC seeks a Systems Engineer, Level 2, to join our Warfighter Simulation Services team. The position supports the MDASim and MDST programs and will split time between the Northrop Grumman facility and Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, with onsite work required.

You will assist in deriving requirements, developing MBSE artifacts, and updating technical documentation while collaborating with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 2 years of related work experience or Master’s with 0–2 years.
• Experience with military modeling and simulation frameworks.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, or C++ for data analysis.
• Active DoD security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support MBSE and data-driven analysis for simulation tools.
• Develop and update technical documentation and system requirements.
• Brief customers and stakeholders on technical solutions and process updates.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on artifacts for development and testing.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
