Textron Systems seeks a skilled Systems Engineer to lead MBSE-driven development of complex military systems at Textron System's Weapon Systems business area. You will model, analyze, and validate architectures across software, hardware, and systems teams.

In this role, you will translate customer needs into functional requirements, perform risk assessments, and support documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards.

Qualifikationen

• MBSE principles and SysML modeling experience required.
• Experience with DOORS for requirements management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with customers and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Perform systems engineering activities for complex electronic systems from concept to deployment.
• Conduct system requirements analysis, allocation, and translation of customer needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to develop system architectures and ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Oversee system integration, verification, and validation to meet performance objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and coordinate with project managers on plans and milestones.
