AeroVironment is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to perform system-level air and missile defense analysis for MDA’s Architecture Validation/International team. The role uses EADSIM and MDASIM to execute model-based studies and deliver analytical reports.

The candidate will collaborate with international partners, prepare technical briefings, and develop study objectives and experimental designs while traveling as needed. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field.
• At least 3 years of experience with modeling tools supporting operations research or defense analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Engineering skills including mission-level modeling, database development, data analytics, programming, and technical writing.

Responsabilidades

• Execute model-based air and missile defense analysis for MDA Engineering’s Architecture Validation/International team.
• Use EADSIM and MDASIM for system-level modeling and studies.
• Present findings to joint forums with MDA and international partners.
• Develop study objectives and analytical approaches for regional studies; design experiments and run matrices.
• Independently analyze results and produce technical reports and briefings with recommendations.
