LINAK U.S. is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager, Military/Defense to lead our entry into the U.S. defense market.

This role focuses on creating one from the ground up, identifying programs, building strategic partnerships, and positioning actuator technologies for military and aerospace applications. You will establish high-level relationships with defense OEMs, prime contractors, government agencies, and industry influencers, influence roadmaps, and drive early capture

Qualifications

• 10+ years in defense business development, capture, or sales leadership.
• Proven success launching new technologies to defense programs.
• Deep understanding of U.S. defense procurement and industrial base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LINAK's U.S. defense market entry strategy.
• Identify target markets, applications, customers, and programs with competitive advantage.
• Assess market size, growth opportunities, and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain a multi-year defense/government roadmap.
