Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Defense Litigation Partner to join a respected General Liability practice in Atlanta. Hybrid work arrangement offered and Leadership opportunity to manage complex civil defense matters.

The role requires a strong background in defense and general liability, plus proven deposition, motion, mediation, and trial experience. Mentoring junior attorneys and growing client relationships are key aspects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
• Strong background in defense and general liability litigation
• Experience handling premises liability, bodily injury, construction defect, transportation, products liability, or similar matters
• Proven experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, attending mediations, and appearing in court
• Trial experience is highly preferred
• Strong client management and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials
• Mentor and support junior attorneys
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice growth
